The capacity trap
You get more done, but clients see less of the judgment and care behind the decisions that matter.
You have more demands on your time, AI is changing what clients can get elsewhere, and the work that earns trust still depends on you. Week One helps you decide where to use AI, make room for meaningful client work, and show the value you bring.
In five days: find one constraint in your practice, make one useful change, document where your judgment matters, and choose what to strengthen next.

You need time for relationships and growth. AI can free some of that time, but it can also make familiar services easier to copy. Week One helps you find a useful place for AI while keeping your competency, character, and genuine concern visible in the decisions that matter to clients.
You get more done, but clients see less of the judgment and care behind the decisions that matter.
Use the time AI gives back to deepen relationships, own consequential judgment, and capture proof of the difference you make. That is Tangible Alpha.
Work through a guided field manual and workbook for about an hour a day. At the midweek working conversation, Grant helps you review the bottleneck and choose a first change to try. Each day answers a practical question in your practice.
Where is your time or judgment the bottleneck?
Where could AI add capacity, and where could it make your value less visible?
Make one change that creates space for higher-value work and strengthens trust.
Capture where your work made a meaningful difference. Separate evidence from hoped-for results.
Choose what to build next to remain relevant and keep your options open.
By the end of Week One, you will have identified a real constraint, made a first change in your work, and started documenting the judgment behind a client outcome or follow-up. You will also have a direction map for what to strengthen next—whether you want to stay, grow, scale, step back, or transition.
Constraint: An advisor spends too much time gathering material before each review.
First move: Try an approved AI-assisted preparation step, review its output personally, and use the time available for a deeper client conversation.
Judgment Receipt: Record the client context, the advisor's decision, the action taken, and the consequence or follow-up to check. Compare preparation time before and after the change; document any client benefit only when there is evidence.
This is an example of the work, not a client result or a promised time saving.
The immediate return is a diagnosis, a first change, and evidence to build on. Revenue growth, client retention, and financial return take longer to measure and are not guaranteed.
Week One sets your coordinates. If you continue into the 30-Day Crunch, Week Two defines and governs the human value AI supports; Week Three installs and translates the behavior; Week Four tests progress against your Week One baseline. You can use Week One's findings on their own or continue the work.
A focused five-day engagement with a specific first outcome. If you pay for Week One yourself and continue, your $500 payment is credited toward the $3,500 total 30-Day Crunch.
Approved sponsor access can cover Week One. Tell us who invited you so we can confirm your place and any required firm approval. Sponsored access does not create a $500 payment credit toward the 30-Day Crunch; continuation terms are discussed separately.
Your workbook responses remain with you unless you choose to share them for our working sessions.
Your written responses are not automatically submitted to Advisor Crunch. Use anonymized client examples and avoid sending sensitive client information by email.
For experienced independent advisors who want more room for meaningful client work and stronger options over the next three to five years. Send Grant a brief note about what is taking time away from clients or where you are unsure AI belongs. If a sponsor invited you, include their name and firm.
